It is one of few precious item they only have, killing or selling it would be the last thing to do due to strong bond between them.

The pulasan, Nephelium mutabile Blume, is very much similar to rambutan.... the shot was executed with 3 sb600.. controlled with commander.

a re-visit to some photo taken few years back.. a grand palace of siam.. is one of the icon to tourism in thailand and a place where the longest serving ruling monarchy in the world reside. it is accessible to all public and is well preserve as the symbol of national prides.

my dotter, bought them a new pair of blouse, they just cannot wait to try it out and keep pestering me to shoot them with their new blouse, ... so, today after breakfast, we setup a simple studio to hold our family photoshoot.

in the place where, what necessary is necessity.. you could not demand more... a kids in sapa vietnam were accustomed to simple life yet they are enjoying it to the fullest without hesitant and freely roaming the street, the drain, the river... any where in this land where it permits.... a thing that their computer-bred friends cannot do.

Thistle hotel, Johor Bahru

 

after short trip to Singapore, we decided to  stay in Thistle hotel, Johor bahru. It was known as Hyatt before Thistle came over and re-branded and refurbished the hotel to what it is now. It was beautiful hotel with a very good rate. for a standard room we took, my kids are very happy with spacious bedroom, bed and toilet, unlike the day before where we spent a night in spore, the room are terribly small and we have to cramped and choked our self in a small room without window but much more expensive then Thistle.

 called Q, its was our 2nd meet after 2 years lapse.. she is now full time models, vry good attitude... pretty also :) , btw it was not meant for model shot, but more to architectural / indoor shoot and meet-old-fren session. so some of the shot she helped me to "fill in the space" and once finish i shoot her while she was talking to one of our frens.
